If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours, or miss your appointment completely I will charge a 20% cancellation fee. This will be charged to your card if it is on file or at the time of your next appointment. If an emergency arises within 24 hours of your appointment and you are not able to come, please contact me through my Instagram or by phone so we can work out a plan. I understand that sometimes life happens!
